Get visibility on your research

Posters will be displayed on physical poster boards inside the exhibit hall throughout the event for all attendees to view. They will also be hosted within our ConnectMe event platform in a pdf format.

Poster Award Contest

All posters will be reviewed by the BPI Editorial team, and the top 3 scientific poster authors will be awarded a free conference pass to next year's event. The top 3 poster authors will also have the opportunity to present their poster on the main stage in the exhibit hall.

Below highlights the process of how you can present a poster at CGT US 2024!

Step 1: Register for an in-person All Access Main Conference Pass and select the poster add on option

Step 2: Our team will send you a link to submit abstract

Step 3: Submit your poster abstract by August 1

Step 4: Submit your poster PDF by Aug 22

Poster Limitations

Event Partners - up to 5 posters

Platinum & Gold - up to 2 posters

Silver, Bronze & Associate - up to 1 poster

Supplier/Vendor Organizations - maximum 1 poster

Pharma/Biotech Organizations with Therapies in Pipeline - no limit to poster submissions

In-Person Poster: All posters must be printed by the presenter and printed in the following dimensions only: 48” high by 36” wide (portrait layout).

Virtual Poster: Presenters must send their poster in a .PDF format (portrait) with an ideal resolution of 300 dpi and size of A4 (8-1/4” x 11-3/4” or 210 x 297 mm)
